Forgot Password

To renew your password, follow the steps below:

1. On the login page, click on Forgot password? as shown below:

   

2. Enter your email address on the forgotten password page:

   

3. Click on Send Code.

4. An email will be sent to you with a confirmation code.

   

5. Enter the confirmation code and your new password as below:

   

6. Click on Reset Password.

7. A success message appears on the right side of the screen, your password has been reset.
