You can find Your Assistant Chedar on the right side of your screen.

1. Click on the chat icon to open the chatbot.
2. Your Assistant Chedar’s chat opens.

3. You will see the default message. Please keep in mind, if your inquiry is about a bug, write to support@chedar.fr.
4. For more information about the chat functionality, click on “Functioning?”.
5. To ask your questions, write them in the text box, then click the “send” button or press “Enter” on your keyboard.
6. If the answer you receive does not help you, please contact support@chedar.fr.
7. If needed, ask another question by submitting a new question from the text box.
